Dialog and Movinta pioneer smart home technology offerings

Premier telecom service provider, Dialog Axiata, announced the launch of its ‘smart home’ thrust featuring a product portfolio which would enable customers to control household systems, devices and appliances remotely via a Mobile Device.

Dialog’s pioneering Smart Home offering is presented in partnership with Movinta Future Tech and provides a range of device connectivity solutions and packages to suit customer requirements. Dialog’s Smart Home thrust is centered on a range of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies orchestrated to give customers the ability to connect and control household systems and appliances anytime, anywhere. 

Once empowered with an IoT drive Smart Home environment, customers could engage digitally via smart phones with their home security systems, lighting, air conditioning and entertainment systems and a variety of devices and appliances including smart switches and power points. Users of Smart Home technologies would also be able to set up alerts, notifications and reminders with respect to various aspects of their Smart Home environment. 

Smart homes are also designed to save energy and related costs for homeowners, in addition to providing convenience and greater flexibility and control.
