FITIS and CSSL to hold National CIO Forum 2016

The Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) and Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL) are organising the third National CIO Forum on August 31, 2016 at Hilton Colombo Residences with the participation of 350 CIOs in Sri Lanka.
Finetech, Google leading enterprise partner in Sri Lanka, entered into an exclusive agreement with the CSSL and FITIS to host the third National CIO Forum on Google innovative cloud technology solutions and the forum will be titled ‘Cost Saving. Ease. Security’. Speakers at the forum will explain on how Google cloud technology has helped millions of businesses around the world to achieve business benefits, including cost savings, ease of use and improved security. Finetech, the CSSL and FITIS entered into this agreement to help disseminate knowledge of the latest innovations in the field of IT and assist in the easy adoption of the technology in the local market. The forum will feature Google Apps for Work Territory Manager Linen Santisakultarm, Google Engineer Alvaro Navarro, Pership Group former Chief Information Officer Ananda B. Herath, Finetech Chief Executive Officer Clehan Pulle, Ceylon Biscuits Limited Head of IT Chandrima Rodrigo and SriLankan Airlines Head of IT Chamara Perera. It will be moderated by Fayaz Hudah.
Topics discussed at the forum will include, machine learning and how it is applied in the workplace with other Google innovative technologies, achieving max velocity with Google App, bandwidth management and customer experience in a cloud environment and harnessing the benefits of cloud with the workflow management system built on Google cloud.
