Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation positions Salesforce in Leaders Quadrant

Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world’s No.1 CRM company, announced that for the 10th consecutive year, Salesforce has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. as a Leader in the August 2016 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation (SFA).
Salesforce is named a Leader for SFA based on completeness of vision and ability to execute for its Sales Cloud Lightning solution.
Gartner defines SFA as applications that “automate the sales activities, processes, and administrative responsibilities for an organization’s sales professionals. Core capabilities include account, contact and opportunity management, pipeline management, and sales forecasting. Additional (noncore) capabilities that are often a part of SFA offerings include lead management, content management, guided selling, quote management, territory management, partner relationship management (PRM) and analytics.”
