Kenya’s top energy drink company selects Lankan mobile sales force automation system

Ceylon Linux, a Sri Lankan software developing company recently deployed their mobile sales force automation solution for Ocean Foods Ltd, in Nairobi, Kenya.  

Ocean Foods Nairobi is the sole distributor of Shark energy drinks in the West African region. The main objective of Ocean Foods deciding to change their former SFA system was to enhance efficiency of their sales force, and thereby increase sales. They have a vision of becoming the leader in energy drink distribution in the African region giving stiff competition to the famous energy drink brand 
Red Bull.  
Highly innovative features offered by the SalesPad system and the user-friendly, ease of operation mechanism for the sales staff was too attractive, and Ocean Foods Ltd Nairobi took no time in deciding to change over their system to Ceylon Linux SalesPad.

Ceylon Linux SFA System is widely used in Sri Lanka and they have even successfully ventured into marketing this product in UAE, Singapore and Australia. 

SalesPad is a comprehensive sales force automation system (SFA) which will streamline and automate sales processes and enable sales people to create a single view of the customer to help ensure a shorter sales cycle, higher close rates, and improved customer retention. 
Speaking at this landmark occasion of the first such deployment with an African company, Suranga De Silva, Chairman/MD of Ceylon Linux said, he is extremely pleased that Ocean Foods was totally impressed with the SalesPad system, which is a positive indication of the confidence gained by a Sri Lankan company in the IT and Software industry. Having evaluated SFA systems offered by many countries, it is certainly an honour for Sri Lanka and Ceylon Linux to be considered ranking high over India and other countries.
