Sri Lanka’s latest online store Clickonx.com launched officially

Enabling customers to view products in a 360-degree view, Clickonx.com, Sri Lanka’s latest online store, a brainchild of Tech Pacific Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. was launched recently.
It enables customers to buy or sell a range of IT products such as mobile phones, computers and notebooks. Another unique feature of the website is the availability of online-repair assistance for all types of IT related equipment and it provides warranty services as well as after-sales support.
Clickonx.com Business Development Manager, Ranil Balasuriya said that another specialty of this website compared to other e-commerce websites out there is that the customer could sell their products through a bidding system. He said that though currently they are focusing on notebooks and mobile phones, they are looking forward to branch to other IT products as well.
Talking about the competition from other websites, he said that end of the day it is all about the service, the right price and how creative they could be.
Adding to that, Clickonx.com General Manager, Hasitha Perera said that they 100 percent focus on IT related products unlike other websites which are hybrid with a mix of consumer, non-IT products. He also assured that the customer will get a super-class service through them.
Tech Pacific Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd Managing Director Hafez Wahid stated that the customers will have a twenty four hour access to the best of IT products from anywhere in Sri Lanka. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the company said that they provide an equivalent replacement for the unit customer had already received.
