Creative Solutions signed an agreement with digital marketing leader, Cxense recently. The Norwegian-based company provides digital marketing software solutions to global media companies, e-commerce sites and consumer brands.

Cxense software allows the client to take control of their audience data and deliver more engaging user experiences. Their clients are able to personalize their website’s content to suit individual visitor’s preferences by displaying articles, products and advertisements which are most likely to appeal to them.
With increased user engagement on their website, Cxense’ clients increase their profits.

Creative Solutions will work with Cxense to provide 24/7 Support to their rapidly growing customer base. The Creative team will monitor Cxense’s cloud-based software solution around the clock to ensure customers continue to receive superior services and that any issues reported are promptly resolved.

“We selected Creative Solutions as our partner for support services because of their excellent track record in delivering similar services to large international customers,” said Joar Saether, VP Global Support at Cxense. “With this partnership we will be able to provide even better services and availability to our growing customer base and solidify our position as the market leader in providing personalised online experiences”.

Creative Solutions’ director, Sushena Ranatuga, also expressed his satisfaction with the recent client acquisition.

“This has been an incredible year for us at Creative Solutions,” said Ranatunga. “Not only have we grown our client base, but we have earned the trust of some of the world’s leading and most innovative companies that shape the landscape of their respective fields. We are very happy to welcome Cxense with their game-changing technology to Sri Lanka.”
