‘Apata Saduna Ape Lokaya’ now in theatres

The newest movie ‘Apata Saduna Ape Lokaya’ produced by veteran Sunil T. Fernando is now being screened in theatres islandwide.

The 72nd movie production of Sunil T. Fernando has been directed by Lal Priyadewa.

It stars child artist Pankaja Chandev in the lead role together with popular artistes Menaka Rajapakse, Nehara Peiris and Rajiv Nanayakkara in a supporting role.

The late film star Baptist Fernando’s granddaughter Kavitha Anjali, is making her acting debut in the film.  The movie revolves around a young mother, a father and a child. They travel to Polonnaruwa on a trip along with their maid. On the way, the vehicle veers off the road and overturns into a jungle. The child’s parents and maid are killed by the animals, but the boy escapes. The child grows up with wild animals in the jungle.
