Browns Hotels & Resorts was recently honoured with the coveted 2019 Certificate of Excellence. Awarded by the world’s largest social travel website, TripAdvisor, the accolade, which honours excellence in hospitality, is given only to the top 10% of businesses that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews over a period of 12 months. All four Browns properties – The Eden Resort & Spa in Beruwela, Dickwella Resort & Spa in Dickwella, The Calm Resort & Spa in Passikudah, and The Paradise Resort and Spa in Dambulla – achieved this feat.
Commenting on the prestigious award Browns Hotels and Resorts Group General Manager Eksath Wijerathne said, 'We are proud to be honoured with this prestigious accolade. It is further validation of the painstaking efforts our management and staff put into ensuring the wellbeing of our guests and that they want for nothing during their stay. In addition to our exquisite facilities we provide guests with numerous fun activities that keep them and their family entertained throughout the day. It is this level of service that keeps our guests consistently satisfied and coming back for more each year.'

This latest accolade comes on the heels of Browns being recognised by Germany’s largest travel portal, Holiday Check, for their high standards and outstanding guest satisfaction which managed to maintain excellent recommendations (90%) and a rating of 5.0/6.0 for a period of 12 months.
