Hi Magazine’s 21st-anniversary party, hosted by Founding Editor and Editor-in-Chief Shyamalee Tudawe, was a grand celebration held at the prestigious Taj Samudra in Colombo. The event attracted a distinguished crowd, including diplomats, designers, entrepreneurs, and prominent society figures, highlighting the magazine’s significant influence in Sri Lankan lifestyle culture. Since its debut in 2003, Hi!! Magazine has enjoyed unprecedented success both nationally and  globally, capturing the essence of contemporary trends and earning its reputation as a Sri Lankan lifestyle zeitgeist. In her welcome speech, Shyamalee Tudawe thanked all the advertisers and sponsors who have supported the magazine since its inception.  The evening was a resounding success with the Taj Samudra pulling out all the stops to put on a grand show along with the band Ohme who kept the guests on their toes with excellent renditions of popular hits from the 80s and 90s.
