International Music Day French Spring Festival 2023

 For the International Music day, the French Spring Festival is proud to offer you a whole day dedicated to French and Sri Lankan music with a programme in two stages on the 24 th of June: an open mic at the Alliance française of Colombo in the afternoon (from 2.30 to 5pm) and a live music concert at the Sri Lankan Foundation Institute in the evening (6pm onwards), with Sri Lankan bands and a French singer specially invited for the occasion: Léa Paci. Admission is  free. 
the International Music Day, or Fête de la Musique, is celebrated every year on the 21st June. 


The International Music day is organised within the framework of French Spring Festival organized every year by the French Embassy in Sri Lanka and Maldives together with the Alliance Française network in Sri Lanka and Maldives, with the support of sponsors and official partners.


The 11th  edition of the French Spring Festival will be launched with a music live show to celebrate the international music day, with a special guest of honour for the occasion: the French singer Léa Paci. 
Open Mic at Alliance Française of Colombo
 The Alliance Française invites amateur and experienced musicians to perform.
Live Music Show at Sri Lankan Foundation Institute
 A live performance of Léa Paci, French singer and guest of honour of the event together with Sri Lankan artistes: The Soul, Radiesha and Tha Youngest. Saturday 24 th of June, at 6.00 pm onwards at Garden Nuga, Sri Lankan Foundation Institute
