It is Amâna Takaful’s belief that when one chooses a career one also chooses a work place that serves as a second home. A work place has to be a pleasant and a rewarding environment to work in, a place that fosters the well-being and growth of their employees. A competitive wage, a health insurance scheme for self and family and activities that foster welfare of the employees all play a key role when one decides to make a commitment for employment at any establishment.
Amâna Takaful being the insurance pioneer of the ‘takaful way’ since 1999 is not only a pioneer in the Takaful field but is also a trusted establishment that places employee growth and well-being as a top priority. It is one such work place where every employee is treated with respect and value.
Placing employee satisfaction at the heart of everything it does, Amâna Takaful organises regular welfare and interactive activities for its employees and their family members providing them with a much-needed break from the everyday work-life. It is with this sole intention that the Human Resource Department of Amâna Takaful organised an art competition titled ‘ATL Colour Splash’ for the children of its employees at three centres: Colombo, Kandy, Kaththankudy recently. All participants of the competition received tokens and gifts and the very well organised event saw families enjoying the latter part of the day taking part in fun-filled activities organised by the HR division.
This event organised by the Human Resource Division of Amana Takaful was attended by Amana Takaful PLC CEO Fazal Ghaffoor, the members of the senior management and employees and their family members regionally. Human Resource Division Head Farhan Jabeer, Human Resources Manager Thilak Nishantha, Human Resources Assistant Manager Jehan Sulthan and Human Resources Senior Executive Viraji Mendis were also present at
the event.
