Excise Spokesman Kapila Kumarasinghe awarded doctorate by Philippine Uni.

Spokesperson for the Excise Department Commissioner Kapila Kumarasinghe (Legal and Enforcement) was awarded a doctorate by Aldersgate College in Philippines for his five-year research and thesis on ‘Institutional commitment of employees of the state revenue controlling bodies,’ at a ceremony held at the BMICH on Wednesday.  
Commissioner Kumarasinghe who had successfully completed various diploma programmes at universities in Sydney, Canberra, Georgia in the USA and Netherlands is a past pupil of Ananda College, Colombo.
