President Ranil Wickremesinghe was present at a religious event at the Sri Dalada Maligawa Kandy, which was held to felicitate Master Shi Fa Zhao, the Chief abbot of the Golden Pagoda Temple, Singapore for his service to Buddhism. Ven. Dr. Kirinde Assaji Thera of Hunupitiya Gangarama Temple was also present.
