Ven. Palatuwe Jinaratana Thera, a resident monk of Colombo Gangarama Viharaya, and the Principal of Jinaratana Technical Institute, is presented with Aktha Pathra by Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana recognising him as a chief Sanganayake. Ven. Thera was felicitated in Matara yesterday.
