Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe declared open the newly constructed Home Affairs Ministry Complex at Elvitigala Mawatha in Narahenpita on Thursday. Ministers Vajira Abeywardena, P. Harrison, State Minister J.C. Alawathuwala and Colombo Mayor Rosy Senanayake were also present at the event.
