In its endeavour to provide a regional brand name to its clientele and network partners, CL Synergy (Pvt.) Ltd adds Bangladesh to its fast-growing regional presence.

Bangladesh stands between the second and third largest apparel manufacturer in the world and its economy and infrastructure are growing at a rapid pace and many big brands have started placing big orders in Bangladesh.

Its logistics industry has traditionally been dominated by a few regular home-grown forwarders and a few multinationals, but the industry is still at its infancy and there is a lot of opportunity for professional service providers to offer the market their expertise.

With the infrastructure development in Sri Lanka and a steady and proactive government to back this, trade and tourism activities between the two countries will see a sustained growth for which CL Synergy Travels will also play a key role.

CL Synergy (Pvt.) Ltd partners itself with its long-term agent Alpha Logistics, a company established in 1999 with its offices in the airport and Chittagong, recognized and well-established in the Bangladesh market and specialized in air freight mainly,  merges the sea freight strength of CL Synergy to make a product well geared to handle the most complex of logistics requirements. The joint venture was signed and finalized in 2014.

The representative of CL Synergy Sri Lanka, who heads the CL Synergy Bangladesh development unit, was quoted as saying having a single brand name in the region gives customers who have activities in the region to enjoy a single platform communication and finance hub to deal with, reducing the workload for the customers and creating a simple process flow, giving freedom to customers to develop their core businesses and for CL Synergy to look after the logistics for them.
