Jayampathi at the helm of AAUPCC AGM

 The 31st AGM of Alumni Association of the University of Peradeniya Colombo Chapter (AAUPCC) was held on March 6 at the BMICH. The meeting was conducted as a hybrid event. The Chief Guest was Prof. M.D. Lamawansa, Vice Chancellor of the University of Peradeniya. Eng. M. J. M. N. Marikka, The Chief Executive Officer of Lanka Transformers Pvt Ltd, was the Guest of Honour.

The following Office Bearers were elected for the term 2022 / 2023.

 Vipula Jayampathi (President), L H Priyath Cabral (General Secretary), S M Gnanarathna (Treasurer), D Jayasekara, G H P Dharmaratna, K H M S  Premalal,  W G T N Gunawardana and P. Siyambalapitiya (Vice Presidents), Neliya Fernando and W H M C Weerasinghe (Assit. Secretaries), R  Karunaratne  (Assit. Treasurer), P. Balasingham, Sujatha Karunaratne and Godwin Perera (Co- Editors) and Hasantha Palihakkara (Coordinator). 

Thirty one members were also elected as the Members of Management Council
