Kumaratungu Esura, authored by great scholar Arisen Ahubudu

The book titled “ Kumaratungu Esura” authored by great scholar Arisen Ahubudu has been reprinted by M/s M.D. Gunasena & Company after an interval of several years fulfilling a long standing need of readers, students and teachers.   

Although much has been written about Munidasa Kumaratunga who rendered a yeoman service to the nation, particularly in the field of Sinhala language and literature and education, the book authored by Arisen Ahubudu, is unique in that it contains the author’s personal experiences as a close associate of Kumaratunga Munidasa. The book reveals a host of unknown facts about the great scholar.
