Personal development trainer Sharda well-received in Sri Lanka

Personal development trainer, workshop facilitator and Senior Meditator Yogesh Sharda from Turkey was here in Sri Lanka and delivered several talks and conducted workshops on various topics in different venues.  
He used several topics for his discussions. “Managing Emotions Creates an Exceptional Leader” was a topic used to address leaders from different fields and there were 30 participants.
He spoke on the topic “Leadership, Creativity and Peak Performance” at the Department of Census and Statistics where his audience consisted of 150 employees. 


He used the topic “Stress-Free living”, at a seminar held for the staff of the Bureau of the Commissioner General of Rehabilitation where he spoke to 75 participants. He used the topic “Effective Communication” at Digital Content LK (Pvt) Ltd and addressed an audience of 40 employees. 
 Some of the key take away points at these sessions were 
*Clear balance of one’s Inner world emotions and subsequently the projection to the outer world builds better relationships.
*Creation of Emotions at sight and thought.

He presented his sessions with practical examples in daily situations that we experience and an inclusiveness of a meditation experience. Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga centres in Sri Lanka coordinated these events held at different venues.
