Re-elected President of Sri Lanka Malay Association

In the article published on August 8, 2020 in the Daily Mirror and headlined ‘Ousmand re-elected as SLAMAC President’ it was erroneously stated that Ousmand was re-elected as President of the Sri Lanka Malay Confederation (SLAMAC) held last month.  He (Soekarno Tunku Ousmand) was re-elected as President of the Sri Lanka Malay Association at its 98th AGM. In an oversight we also stated at this information was obtained through a Press release sent by Rilwan Lantra who is the Secretary General of the Sri Lanka Malay Confederation (SLAMAC).  We regret these errors.
