Sri Lanka China Society distributed 30 scholarships to visually impaired students

Recently, The  Sri Lanka China Society (SLCS) distributed 30 scholarships, donated by the Guangzhou Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation, (through Amity Foundation in Nanjing),  to visually impaired students, stated  Jinith de Silva president of the Sri Lanka China Society.
Ni Lishang, Director of the China Cultural center in Sri Lanka participated in this event as Chief Guest.
According to the President of SLCS each student received a cash donation of Rs 5,000/ and school “essential pack” worth Rs 15,000/.
