A group of 100 students from the Sri Lanka University Catholic Students Movement (SLUCSM) took part in a two-day residential exposure and spiritual program at St. Anthony’s Church, Colpetty, coinciding with the annual church feast. The students were able to prayerfully participate in the vespers, festive high mass and the procession and shared their experiences about university life with youth of the parish. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Fr. Patrick Perera and parishioners of St. Anthony’s Church, Colpetty, for providing this valuable opportunity for the students to uplift their spirituality and for arranging a platform for these to engage with one another as well as with the community. We also sincerely appreciate the extraordinary efforts made by the student leaders of (SLUCSM) for dedicating their time and energy to make this program a resounding success. May God bless you.
