Ven. Ratan Bikas Chakma receives Doctorate in Philosophy

Ven. Ratan Bikas Chakma (Rathana Thera-Rashtrapal Mahathera) first Jumlander, has got a Ph.D (Philosophy & Political Science) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Nugegoda, Sri Lanka. He’s the former Principal of North Padua Pali College, Chittagong, Bangladesh, Presently President of the PBSB-SL Branch & International Friendship Foundation.
