Director Health Services Dr.Anil Jasinghe said All Day-Care Centres which had been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country, have been allowed to re-open from July 6th.
The centres which are already functioning have been allowed a to operate with a limited accommodation of 75% of the original capacity however, they will now be allowed to operate at 100% capacity from July 6 onwards.
However, maintaining of health guidelines will need to be strictly monitored and complied at all Day-Care Centres, Dr. Jasinghe said.
