Ananda College gets a new principal

• He served as the Additional Education Director of the Western province. In 2008, he served as the acting principal and held the deputy principal post in 2006 at Ananda College

Senior educationalist Lal Dissanayake assumed duties as the principal of Ananda College yesterday (25). He served as the Additional Education Director of the Western province. In 2008, he served as the acting principal and held the deputy principal post in 2006 at Ananda College.   

Mr. Dissanayake also served as the principal of the Bandaranayake Vidyalaya, Gampaha and as Deputy Principal of the D.S. Senanayake College, Colombo. In addition, he had served as Assistant Examinations Commissioner and held the designation of  Mathugama Provincial Education Director.
