Drug kingpin ‘Kalu Sagara’s agents nabbed in Talangama

A couple operating as agents of drug kingpin Chaminda Rohana Manju alias ‘Kalu Sagara’ were arrested with 500grams of heroin during a raid carried out at Heenatikumbura in Talangama,  Police said.   

Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said that the couple were operating the drug trade instructed  by ‘Kalu Sagara’ and his paramour ‘Muthu’ who were suspected to be living in Dubai.

DIG Rohana said the couple aged 30 and 33 years were identified as residents of Nonagama and Ambalantota.   
They were to be produced in the Kaduwela Magistrate’s Court.
