Easter Sunday attacks Parliament to debate Presidential Commission Report

Parliament will continue the debate on the Presidential Commission Report  which probed Easter Sunday attacks, on 25 and 26 March, a statement from Parliament media unit yesterday said quoting House Secretary General Dhammika Dassanayake.   

“March 25 and 26 are set aside for the adjournment debate on the Report of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry into the Easter Sunday attack,” the statement said.   
This decision had been made by the leaders of  the respective political parties in the House yesterday.   

It was decided by the party leaders to convene Parliament for four days from March 23 to 26.
