A husband being suspicious of his wife’s change in behaviour was prowling to find the reason for it when a Serpent attacked him as revealed by an incident from a village in the South.

He was an employee of a security firm and was on night duty most of the time. He had a suspicion about his wife whom he found to be more attractive and her behaviour with others in a friendly manner aroused his suspicions. The wife was keen to avoid these misunderstandings and was thinking of ways to end the suspicion of the husband.

With the guidance she obtained from the women’ society in the village she changed her ways and acted in a pleasing manner whenever the husband was at home. She began using perfumes and also spoke to her husband in a lovable manner.

The husband could not resist the changes of his wife and continued to be more suspicious and with a plan on his mind he went for his night duty as usual, but returned unannounced and waited near the house keeping watch for any strangers visiting during his absence.

The wife who was fast asleep was suddenly woken up with the noise of someone screaming. The neighbours who were alerted with the scream had surrounded the house. They were shocked to see the husband screaming in pain after he had been bitten by a serpent. The neighbours rushed him to hospital and were able to save him well in time.
