Monath Perera Memorial Cricket Tournament on August 3rd in Koggala

Monath Perera Memorial Soft Ball Cricket Tournament organized by the Old Boys’ Association of Mahinda College, Galle will be held at the Koggala Free Trade Zone grounds on August 3rd from 7.00am onwards.   

The knockout series of matches will be played among the college’s OBA teams throughout the day.   

Squadron Leader Monath Perera was a renowned fighter jet pilot who played a major role serving the Sri Lanka Air Force during the Fourth Eelam War. He succumbed to injuries following an accident during a training session in 2011.
