PC interdicted for curfew violation

A PC from the Puttalam Police and three others travelling by trishaw without a curfew pass, were interdicted with immediate effect by Puttalam ASP. They had been arrested at Kochchikade in Negombo by the Negombo Police.
Investigations revealed that the suspect PC had used his police identity card to travel from Puttalam while the others did not have curfew passes.
