Police Constable trafficking ganja arrested

A  Police Constable was arrested while carrying 100 grams of ganja in Anuradhapura during the weekend.   
He was arrested by the police while carrying the consignment by motorcycle early on Saturday. The suspect was remanded by Additional Magistrate of Anurdhapura till June 30. The police was to obtain a detention order in order to interrogate the  suspect.   

Initial investigation had revealed that the suspect has been engaged in trafficking ganja for a long time.
