Retd. DIG Sarath Lugoda appointed President of Retired Senior Police Officers’ Association

Retired Senior Deputy Inspector General Sarath Lugoda was appointed as the 29th President of the Retired Senior Police Officers’ Association last week.   

Subsequently, Retired DIG Noyel Francis and Retired DIG Nihal Samarakoon had been appointed as the Vice Presidents of the association.   

Also, Retired SSP Hyde Anwar was appointed as the Secretary whilst, Retired SP Norton de Silva had been appointed as the Treasurer.
