UNP Deputy General Secretary cum Kelaniya new UNP Organiser Ruwan Wijewardene paid a courtesy visit to Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya during the weekend, where he received blessings from the temple’s Chief Incumbent Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkitha Thera.
