SJB Passara organiser Sanjay Letchumanar and MP Velu Kumar meet Nitin Gadkari

SJB Passara organiser Sanjay Letchumanar and MP Velu Kumar met Nitin Gadkari, the Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India.  

During the meeting, they discussed various matters such as transport facilities, Indian investment, national policies, Indian support for agriculture, and vocational training. They thanked the Indian government for the support given to Sri Lanka during the crisis. They also discussed the improvement of estate roads in the upcountry and urged support for the plantation sectors. The minister agreed to help Sri Lanka at any time and requested Sanjay to arrange a meeting with Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa. He wished Sajith Premadasa success in the upcoming Presidential Election. After the meeting, the minister handed over his signed biography to Sanjay Letchumanar and Velu Kumar.
