Wanted criminal arrested in Dubai

A suspected underworld gangster and drug trafficker wanted in connection with murders and extortion was arrested in Dubai by a team of CID investigators and brought to the country last morning.   

The suspect 33 year old Vithanage Don Binoi Dilshan was a resident of Matugama area and a close confidante of the underworld leader popularly known as Matugama Shan.   

He had been under arrest warrant in connection with murders, extortions and drug trafficking.   

The suspect was handed over to the HQI Matugama Police for further action.
