Leader of the Opposition in the Uva Provincial Council, Harin Fernando, and other members of the UNP who were voted into the PC were sworn in last morning by Governor, Uva Province, C. Nanda Mathew at the governor’s secretariat. Secretary to the Governor, H.M. Somatilleka was present at the occasion.
