1st Indo Lanka Customer Engagement Forum

The Customer Engagement forum  is organised by the ACEF TEAM and is guided by an Advisory Board who has the credentials in advanced Customer Engagement work.  Some of their work has Delivered ultimate Customer Experience which led to improved customer engagement, loyalty and retention and they bring in these ideas to create a great content to our programs scheduled for India, Srilanka and GCC.
 
Out of the long list of brilliant entries our eminent Jury had the tough task of selecting the best. The awards were contested by Agencies, Brands and Individuals from India and Srilanka

The jury consisted of:

iProspect won 13 awards and was judged the Agency of the Year Award for Excellence in Customer Engagement and the runner up was Loops Solutions (Leading Digital Agency in Srilanka) with 6 awards. Followed by companies like Luxury Brands, Mobitel, ATIN OOH, Vizeum, Piramal, Seylan Bank, Fonterra Brand, Ceylinco Insurance, CEAT, Antyra Solutions, ATIN OOH, Godrej Consumer Products, HCL and more…
Mr. Vivek Bhargava, CEO of iProspect was judged as the DIGITAL MARKETING PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR and Seylan Bank Plc won the social media brand of the year (Banking Sector).
