Dwellings Group and My Property conduct another property launch in Dubai

Dwellings Group together with My Property Pvt. Ltd. once again held a property investment forum at Grand Hyatt Dubai amidst an audience of 100 potential buyers comprising of a mix of Arabic, Indian and Sri Lankan investors. 
The objective of the event was to showcase Australian and Sri Lankan properties to the UAE market, and assist the investors to diversify their property portfolio internationally.
The program provided comprehensive information on the Sri Lankan and Australian real estate market and its investment opportunities. Currently with the UAE property market under performing, Dwellings Group and My Property has opened up avenues for UAE investors to invest in Sri Lankan and Australian properties with its unique ONE-STOP-SHOP service to investors, wherein the company takes care of the end-to-end process of property investment starting from sourcing the property to rentals and up to re-selling the property when required.
Navin De Silva, Director of Dwellings Group and My Property stated, “With the Sri Lankan Rupee depreciating against the US Dollar, we are again witnessing the rise in overseas investors buying property in Sri Lanka. This is a right time for investors to buy a property in Sri Lanka as well as in Australia.” 
He added, “Due to the overwhelming response we received at the event, we are planning to conduct a series of events in Sept/Oct and November in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait regions. Dwellings Group will be off to Frankfurt in Germany to do their next road show promoting Australian and Sri Lankan properties to the European Market in July-16.
