Homelands Skyline has announced the launch of Phase II of the Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Residencies project – Canterbury Lexus Golf Resort Apartments in Piliyandala, Kahathuduwa, making it Sri Lanka’s largest residential development project, with 1200 residential apartments spread across 55 acres.

Canterbury Lexus Golf Apartments is designed to offer 240 apartments spread across three new towers, with improved facilities and a higher quality of life than the apartments in the first phase. Additionally, it offers penthouses for people looking for a super luxurious option.

Canterbury Lexus Golf Resort Apartments provides its residents an ‘experience-driven lifestyle’ with no compromise on quality, with 50+ amenities and activities available within the complex. Individuals of all ages may enjoy excellent onsite leisure and entertainment by connecting to various outdoor leisure activities such as the nine-hole golf course, pool and extensive greenery.

Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Residencies, which opened in December 2020, has swiftly grown in popularity as a destination to live and invest in. The first phase had 264 Golf Apartments and 240 Garden Apartments – barely 10 percent of which are still available. Moreover, within the past 18 months, investors in phase I apartments and homes have seen an increase in their return on investment (ROI) of more than 30 percent to 50 percent.

“We have launched a lot of exquisite residential apartment and residency projects throughout the years as the leading property developers in Sri Lanka. Our luxurious homes, epitomising exceptional luxury and timeless elegance, are located in key locations around the country to improve the lifestyles of our highly valued clientele. We try to provide the ideal blend of high standards in key locations, providing you with the convenience and lifestyle you have always desired,” Homelands Skyline Chairman Nalin
Herath said.

In pursuit of this, Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Residencies introduced the Canterbury Wellness Centre, which is architecturally designed to provide an environment for optimal healing, complete with both Western and Ayurvedic medical care and a spa, all within the complex itself, which costs over Rs.400 million and accommodates a total of 60 luxury beds. Furthermore, all apartments and amenities are designed to be easily accessible to persons with a range of disability requirements. Furthermore, about 90 percent of the project is intended as leisure space, with just 10 percent of the area allocated to the
residential complex.

The country club entertainment area, along with the coffee shop, gym, tennis court, swimming pool and other amenities, are made conveniently available to its residents. So not only will you be able to experience and create your memories at Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Residencies but you will also be able to make the most of community living.

This 240-unit complex adjoins a collection of 158 Canterbury Golf Villas, each with its swimming pool and expertly crafted by renowned architect Phillip Weeraratne to completely embody the Homelands Skyline luxury living experience and 400 apartment and
residency units.

Canterbury Lexus Golf Resort Apartments has successfully redefined luxury with its inspirational, ground-breaking idea of integrating elegance and an enhanced quality of living that provides nothing less than a rich resort experience.
