KIA Motors, the sole distributers of KIA in Sri Lanka, recently launched the all-new KIA Sri Lanka mobile app in partnership with Evoke International.
Kia Motors (Lanka) has represented the Kia brand in Sri Lanka since 1996 and been instrumental in making it one of the best-regarded automobile brands in the country, with a sales and service history of over 25 years.
The latest app allows KIA Motors to provide its existing and prospective customers with information on the latest models, upgrades, services, promotions and accessories. It also offers KIA customers a convenient means of booking appointments for services and repairs while also keeping them updated with special offers and promotions.
The app is available for download for iOS and Android devices and has a centralised backend on a Secure Cloud infrastructure. All customer data on the app is encrypted and maintained on secure databases with the highest levels of security.
The app avails customers to a plethora of convenient features such as the ability to view available vehicle models in the showroom, booking test drives, making appointments for servicing and maintenance, mechanical and accident repairs, spare part and accessory requests, free 24/7 islandwide roadside assistance and other aftersales services, plus the additional convenience of making
payments online.
The app also showcases the latest catalogue of KIA vehicles and offers a 360° realistic and interactive view and experience of each vehicle model. It also offers a pick and drop service, which is a concierge service made available to customers where a KIA Motors driver will pick up and drop off vehicles from the customers location for services.
