Addressing the challenges of hoteliers, SLT-Mobitel, the national information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, has launched its new SLT Check-In solution, partnering with the world-class cloud-based property management system Hoteliga, to provide to the local hospitality market a comprehensive and unique technological offering.
SLT-Mobitel and Secvision (Pvt.) Ltd, the authorised local partner for Hoteliga, signed the agreement recently. The new SLT Check-In solution supports local hotels command complete control of a hotel business through the cloud and strengthen their booking management, while also offering an enhanced guest experience.
The SLT Check-In is part of SLT-Mobitel’s business solutions portfolio, encompassing the next generation voice, networking, data hosting and managed services as a one-stop shop to facilitate local enterprises and SME businesses compete in the global arena.
As an all-in-one cloud solution for managing hotel properties, SLT Check-In provides dynamic features and modules such as a Booking Engine with bookings integrated with respected payment gateways Sampath Bank (Master and Visa) and Nations Trust Bank (Amex), in addition to convenient integration with online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, AirBnB and Hotels.com, an interactive Calendar Management offering a complete and user-customisable calendar for the management of manually inserted reservations and a Payment Module for payments acceptable in cash, via bank transfer or by credit card.
The flexible Invoicing Module ensures customers are offered a range of option for their reservations, payment receipts, deposits, invoice layouts, choice of language for foreign customers, etc. The real-time tracking of housekeeping via the Housekeeping Module arranges the setting up of various tasks automatically being assigned for every reservation based on duration or other criteria. Activities can be updated in real-time ascertaining the cleanliness/room maintenance status of the accommodation. The Customer Relationship Management Module helps to connect with customers while managing hotel promotions.
