The company has three ongoing projects. ‘Signature Twelve‘ in Koswatte. This project will be fully completed by November. This project is on an extent of 27 perches. The second project ‘Signature Seven‘ is being constructed At Chandra Wettasinghe Mawatha on an extent of 27.6 perches. This project is at the piling stage and out of the 14 units, 12 have already been sold. The third project ‘Meridian‘at Diyawanna Lane  is being built on an extent of 30 perches, four units of the said project have already been sold. 
Ramanarajan says the company hopes to commence the development of the Trincomalee ‘Condor Hotel’ next month. The company has already bought a 52-perch land overlooking the sea for the above project.
