All doors are made of engineered timber and the main door is fire rated. Windows and external sliding doors are of tempered glass with UV stabilized tropicalized uPVC frames. The kitchen is fully fitted with imported kitchen cabinets and includes a standalone oven and hob with hood. A washing machine dryer is also provided.
Safety comes first for Fairways and the complex is fully fitted with a state of the art fire and gas detection system with fire hose reels and fire extinguishers at every level for emergency situations. Electricity is via the national grid with prime rated backup generators for all apartments and common areas. The toilets have porcelain floors and wall tiles reach up to ceiling level. The master bedrooms have inverter air conditioners while all other living areas and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Toilets that are not naturally ventilated have been provided mechanical ventilation with all kitchens equipped with extractor fans.

The main water and LP gas supply is via tap. A state – of – the - art sewage treatment plant with outflow recycled is available with rainwater harvesting for gardening. Garbage chute access is located on every floor with a temperature controlled collection point and a storage room on the ground floor. All houses are under 24-hour security surveillance while the common amenities include a full-length swimming pool, kiddie’s pool, gymnasium with industrial grade gym equipment, a function hall, activity room for yoga, aerobics and exercise classes and a games room with a pool table etc.
Additionally, adequate facilities have been provided for the building management office, rest rooms with toilets for security, janitorial staff and drivers to keep the residents from being disturbed.
