The main character of this story is a fair and lovely white-collar high-up currently attached to a zonal office in a vegetable growing area. 

 This lady having an intimate connection to a powerful politico is said to be using the only official vehicle so much for her private travelling, it is hardly available for use for any official purpose.  

This person who proudly claims her closeness to the powerful politico is devoting most of her time to the latter’s political activity neglecting her official duties, they say.
