Already assured of his new position?

A revolutionary change in the country’s political scenario is expected to take place following the coming big poll.

The guessing game as to what would become of the incumbent Number One and his party’s Diyawanna politicos after the big poll has already begun. 

The guessing game is more intense at the palace than elsewhere, they say.

Meanwhile, it is being heard through the grapevine these days, that the incumbent Number One is due to get a high political office after the big poll. His new position will have much to do with both Pulatisipura and the Mahaweli, they say.

Negotiations have already been held and all necessary plans have been finalized in regard to the proposed high position to be offered to him, say the palace sources.
