Books printed for free distribution gathering dust!

There is a gabby purohita from a district south of Colombo. Another family member of his also is occupying a seat at Diyawanna. 

It is well-known that this purohita too cherished the dream of being elected to the highest office.

At one stage he had entertained such high hopes of being nominated as the party’s runner for the highest office he had got millions of copies of a book outlining his overall performance and achievements as a purohita printed for free distribution soon after obtaining nomination as the party candidate. 

So, the purohita had to suffer a keen disappointment when Punchi Dasa won the party nomination and the copies of the book printed for distribution are said to be lying in a big heap in a corner of his residence, they say.
