Gunning for a top team member!

A section of young Green party Diyawanna politicos is said to be vowing these days to defeat some heads of expenditure in the Budget by voting against them. 

A clash of opinion over this issue too has arisen, they say.

Some young Diyawanna politicos are said to be arguing that the government would be placed in a difficult situation if they voted against several heads of expenditure adding, “If need be, let us vote against the head of expenditure in respect of ‘that particular person’.”

When they referred to ‘that particular person’, they had reportedly meant a top team member with a three-letter first name. The backbenchers, had earlier, pressed this top team member to “resign and go home”.
