Hamlet without the prince?

A government Diyawanna team is said to be on a visit to Russia these days. They have planned to proceed to Ukraine from there.

The purpose of the visit of this team is to promote a flow of tourists to our country. However, it has come as a surprise to all, they say, that the person known to be the closest to Russia is not among the team now visiting that country. Many raise the question why this person who was the first to be responsible for a Ukrainian tourist biobubble here was left behind by the Diyawanna team, they say.

The answer to this question coming forth is that the person supposed to be closest to Russia had not been invited to join the team, as the visit was planned by the Tourism Ministry and the political authority handling the subject too is part of the team on the visit.

Meanwhile, some say that they did not want to include the ‘Russian tourist hero’ in the team due to their keenness to proclaim later that they have done a better job in promoting our tourism in Russia than the latter!
