There is a German-funded project functioning under the purview of a provincial body. The provincial political chief is reportedly embezzling the lion share of the payroll of the employees attached to this project in connivance with its top executives.

Although the provincial political chief is no longer in his post, he is said to be attending the project’s head office on a regular basis to supervise the administrative affairs. 

Of all employee categories, the security personnel are the most underpaid due to the political chief having his hand in the till.
