He has caught a Tartar!

A top team member known for his placid nature has reported to the regime’s high political authorities that he has found it difficult to maintain any official liaison with the head of a certain statutory body coming under the purview of his Ministry. 

This institution is one of the three statutory bodies coming under the purview of this Ministry, they say. 

The head of the institution in question is said to be an academic who played an active role in bringing the Pohottuwa regime to power and he does not pay heed to any request or instructions given by the purohita saying that he is accountable to only the Big Boss.  The purohita who has got highly disgusted and offended by the insolent attitude of the head of the institution has already requested that this institution be taken over by the main office.  

This senior purohita, a Blue party member, hailing from the South has taken a series of important policy decisions designed to protect the environment, they say.assistant one. However, the rivalry between the duo is so intense that they do not want to look each other in the face, they say.
